I'm not responsible to fix anyone. When you hold space and trust the Soul-based Coaching process then shift just happens. And on a personal level, it’s been massive. It has opened me up to what’s possible. The biggest example was the 10 minutes Annemiek did with me at the end of a session, and then 2 days later I left my job!
