The Online Gathering
This is not a standard webinar. You are welcome as you are, and we will guide you through a series of practices, some are individual, some are invitations to join in small groups (there is always a solo alternative).
By the end, you'll have felt and practised:
- Coming home to yourself: finding your own source of ongoing nourishment
- Holding space without absorbing or taking on other peopleās process or emotion, a difference you will feel in your body
- A simple question that opens people up rather than shutting them down, that you can use straight away
- What it means to be a witness, not a solver, and why this opens up inner resources in a way that giving answers rarely does
