In 25 years of this work, I've seen that whenever we gather in our Academy way, people come home to themselves.

And in this third edition, we offer a well-held space to tend to the heart. Our own hearts.
To join us, you don't need to be a coach, or have trained with us before. You only need to bring you.
We will invite you into radical inclusion of what is present in you.
So that you feel safe to unclench, and to meet what is in your heart.
And so that beyond, in the midst of, around, and in between the messiness, you can drink from the nourishment that lives there too.
Without forcing, without reaching, without trying to make it so.
It is simply part of you.
We create an on-purpose field, where we guide you through a series of practices together. We set the conditions where you can stop reaching outward, turn inward, and meet the pulse of life that is already moving in you.

Annemiek van Helsdingen has 25 years of coaching experience and has spent 20 of them developing and teaching Soul-based Coaching with students in over 27 countries. She founded the Academy for Soul-based Coaching to teach a precise, embodied skillset that settles the nervous system and lets people's own capacity for healing and change lead the way.
Wren Bliss is a Soul-based Coach and trainer in the Academy with a gift for creating conditions where people feel genuinely met. Together, they hold spaces where something new becomes possible.
