In this first ever SBC Immersion, we will explore sacred space, with circle work, ritual, embodiment temple practices and Annemiek will teach the Clean Space modality, a valuable addition to your Soul-based Coaching toolkit.

Embodiment temple practises are somatic practices that help us become more present in our bodies through movement and breath. Some of these practices also include respectful touch as a way of cultivating the capacity to allow more life energy to flow through us. Your boundaries will of course always be respected, and you can always opt out of exercises.

Clean Space is like what happens when Soul-based Coaching meets family constellations. David Grove designed a clean process that invites the physical space to become a co-facilitator, working with the field that holds so much more information than our minds do. It is very effective as part of SBC sessions, but also as a stand-alone modality for self-coaching, 1:1 work and group work across all contexts.

Your guides

We are excited to bring this immersion to you! We, Annemiek and Wren, are of course part of the Academy trainer team and we both love guiding women's temples in the tradition of Chameli Ardagh's Awakening Women. We are very happy to co-create with Corinne Konrad Calder, Mirjam van Ruth (assistants in Invoke), who also have wide experience in guiding groups and individuals in embodiment and change work. Between us, we have a beautiful mix of magic to pour from and support you in a nourishing deep dive.

The immersion is held in English.

Dates & Times 

We come together:  Friday, May 17th - Sunday, May 19th, 2024.

Schedule

* Friday: arrival from 2.30pm, program starts at 3pm and lasts until 9pm (including dinner at the venue)

* Saturday: arrival from 9.30am, program starts at 10am and lasts until 6pm, followed by a dinner together at a restaurant nearby

* Sunday: arrival from 9.30am, program starts at 10am and lasts until 3pm

Meals

Dinner on Friday & Saturday and lunch on Saturday & Sunday are included, this will be partly organised at the immersion location and partly we will be eating at local restaurants.

Location

We gather in a gorgeous quiet spot in the middle of the beautiful mediaeval town of Utrecht, The Netherlands.

Utrecht is easy to access from Amsterdam international Airport by direct train line.

Our cancellation policy

(please read carefully)

The number of participants is limited to 12 people.Your registration is binding.

In case of cancellation by November 31, 2023, we will retain an administrative fee of EUR 100.

After that the following cancellation fees apply:

• 50% of seminar fee for written cancellation by March 31, 2023.
• no refunds after March 31, 2024 (although you can arrange from someone else to take your place).
