Coach-The-Coach Study Circle
Each participant gets to coach someone else in the circle for a full session, with live support from Annemiek. Depending on how you prefer to learn, you can choose to let Annemiek come in when she notices possibilities. This gives you a chance to pause, muse and talk about different options of where to go. Or you can ask her to only give input during the session when you ask for it. In that case you can still talk about what else might have worked in the debrief. Whichever suits your needs best.

Amethyst Supervision Circle
Transcript based Supervision with Annemiek. Each participant enters one transcript from one of their own coaching sessions (one that you loved and might enter for certification, or one that you hated or had no idea what to do with, or anything in between). It can be a coaching call with a client, a friend or a fellow-Invoker. What’s great about transcript supervision, is that everybody can learn from what actually happens in sessions, not what we think happens in sessions. It’s a very enriching deep dive. One session & transcript per coach.
