These times are not for the faint-hearted.
Being in between the old ways (of patriarchy, capitalism, extraction culture and white supremacy), and the creation of new systems where mutual thriving becomes possible…
… we are in liminal space that comes with a lot of discomfort. And like any of the big structural shifts, that is likely to last for a good while...
So how do we navigate this space and keep resourced, co-creating and shining at the same time?
In The New Future e-Festival, we want all of us to know that the new future has ALSO already started!!
There is no ‘clean break’ between the past and the better future, but rather a gradual, grassroots sprouting of powerful initiatives and a reclaiming of ancient wisdom. So that the overwhelm, (climate) anxiety, grief, despair - that are all logical responses to what we see - can be complemented by hope, ‘holy rage’, excitement, a sense of agency and possibility, and not in the least: community.
