Annemiek van Helsdingen has 25 years of coaching experience and has spent 20 of them developing and teaching Soul-based Coaching, with more than 5,200 coaches and therapists trained across 27 countries. She founded the Academy for Soul-based Coaching to teach a discipline with genuine rigour: a precise, embodied skillset, grounded in neuroscience, that helps settle a client's nervous system and creates a solid river bed for their innate capacity for healing and change to lead the way into lasting transformation.

Wren Bliss is an Academy lead trainer, coaching participants, teaching courses, and hosting circles worldwide. She brings warmth, depth, and over 18 years of experience facilitating transformation. She knows this work from the inside out, and she knows how to meet you exactly where you are.
