Our Playbook 

We are here to PLAY in true Invoke style: with respect, curiosity, and a willingness to learn with one another, with tons of JOY added to the mix!!

And this is how we do that:

🌺  We help people feel safe and connect with one another:

• We start all sessions with a brief go around the circle with name and location and what’s on top
• We take a little time to become present with ourselves
• We wrap up with ‘one word for what our session brought you’

🌺  We subscribe to the idea of an ever-expanding Universe and a force within us that invites us towards healing and growth, we trust it, AND we trust ourselves and our own discernment in that process.

🌺  We respect each other’s boundaries.

🌺  We are all responsible personally and collectively for a nourishing and fun environment.

🌺  We do not speak badly of one another. Ever.

🌺  We communicate our needs.

🌺  We are not here to fix anything or anybody.

🌺  We ask for help when we want help.

🌺  We welcome diversity in all sorts and shapes.

🌺  We honour and respect the creators of this work, David Grove, Penny Tompkins & James Lawley, as well as Annemiek and the Academy, in the same way that we honour and respect each other's ideas, concepts and brands. We don’t use other people’s work without permission, and in the case of Clean Language and Soul-based Coaching, attribute what we have learned to our respective sources.
